Winnie Mgedesi is a technology and business professional with ten years' experience in the ICT sector, currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator. She brings expertise in data management, technology-led problem-solving, strategic planning and digital systems, supported by a BSc in Computer Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and an MBA. Before entering ICT, Winnie spent five years in retail administration management, building valuable leadership, operational and people-management experience. Her personal journey with dyslexia has shaped a deep commitment to inclusive education and to ensuring that young people from disadvantaged communities are not excluded from opportunity. At AI 101 Academy NPC, Winnie contributes a strong belief that Africa's young people must be equipped to compete, innovate and lead in an AI-driven economy. She is committed to expanding access to practical AI education, building meaningful partnerships and helping close the digital divide.

Nompendulo Nkadimeng is an Environmental Health Practitioner and Safety Officer with more than 13 years of public-sector experience across occupational health and safety, environmental health, risk management and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes implementing health and safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, audits and inspections, managing contractors, investigating incidents, and delivering employee training. She brings a disciplined governance lens and a strong commitment to responsible, sustainable delivery. Nompendulo is passionate about protecting people's wellbeing while supporting initiatives that create real community value. With a growing interest in artificial intelligence, data analytics and digital transformation, she believes these tools can improve decision-making and expand opportunity. At AI 101 Academy NPC, she helps ensure that growth is underpinned by sound governance, safety, accountability and ethical community engagement.

Roselina Mkhabela is a technology professional and Specialist: Quality Assurance Engineer at Vodacom, with experience across quality assurance, data analytics, software development and telecommunications. She holds a BSc in Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, with additional training in Python, SQL, data analytics and leadership development. Previously, Roselina worked as a Data Analyst at Vodacom, where she developed reporting dashboards, analysed large datasets using SQL and produced insights that supported business and customer-engagement initiatives. Her experience also includes customer-focused technology support, requirements analysis, business process improvement and stakeholder engagement. Roselina is committed to using technology to solve real-world problems and create meaningful impact across Africa. Through initiatives such as Code Like a Girl, she advocates for greater inclusion of women and young people in technology. She brings an analytical, collaborative and results-driven perspective to AI 101 Academy NPC's work to build accessible pathways into the digital economy.

Tshepang Masuku is an innovation-focused entrepreneur and Executive Secretary in ERWAT's Infrastructure Planning and Projects Department. Her work supports senior leadership across infrastructure planning, governance, procurement coordination and project administration. She is also the Founder of DaHub, a business strategy and technology consultancy that helps organisations improve operational efficiency through digital transformation, process optimisation, workflow automation and innovative technology solutions. Through DaHub, Tshepang has developed technology-enabled business concepts designed to address real-world challenges and support sustainable growth. Her leadership has been recognised through the 2021 4IR Disruptor Award, selection as a 2022 Top 100 Bright Young Minds Africa candidate, and selection among the Top 10 entrepreneurs in Platform Capital's 2023 entrepreneurship programme. Her eDriver concept secured US$100,000 in seed funding, reflecting its commercial and social-impact potential. Tshepang brings practical experience in entrepreneurship, innovation and scalable solution development. She supports AI 101 Academy NPC's mission to ensure that people use AI and digital skills not only to prepare for employment, but also to create enterprises, solve local problems and drive Africa's economic growth.
